C Drive Expanding and the recovery partition stands in the way?
Background: Many users want to move the recovery partition to another place simply because the recovery partition stands in the way between the unallocated space and the target drive c.
Quick Fix: To quick solve the problem, free tool Partition Resizer can help change the location between the unallocated space and the recovery partition easily without losing data by simply clicking the recovery partition, and then move it whole right/left forward, and then the location is changed. (You still need to apply the batch of changes after you expand the c drive with the unallocated space with the free tool Partition Resizer.)
Details: how to move recovery partition to expand c drive
Note: This part introduces a free tool called IM-Magic Partition Resizer that can help change the location of any volume on the same disk without losing data, and the recovery partition is included.
Conditions: Moving the recovery partition needs unallocated space on the disk that you may shrink some from another large volume or delete a volume to create unallocated space.

Deleting the E/D drive is now safe when you have previous backup. Deleting a volume can be done via several ways:
Section C: Move the recovery partition to end of disk
Since drive E/D volume has been deleted and now its place will show unallocated space on the disk, it's safe to move the recovery partition to the end of disk safely using free tool PARTITION RESIZER.
Steps1: Open Partition Resizer, right click the recovery partition in the software, go to RESIZE/MOVE option
Steps2: Move the whole recovery partition right forward when the mouse shows cross arrows till it gets the end of the disk
Steps3: Apply changes, to get c drive, unallocated space, and the recovery partition
Or you may clone your old drive E or else back here to the unallocated space. If you want to clone the E drive back here on the disk, here are the steps.
And finally the recovery partition is moved to the end of the disk as you wish, just in a round way.
Question#1: Is it possible to move the recovery partition to another drive?

This can be done with the help of free tool IM-Magic Partition Resizer. It's totally free on Windows 11-7, and it offers free trial on Windows server OS.
Question#2: How to move the recovery partition to another disk?
Answer: This shall be done with the help of IM-Magic Partition Resizer that offers free disk cloning that you may clone the whole disk to another disk to get the recovery partition cloned to another disk as backup. The fact is you cannot get a up to date recovery partition from then if you continue using the source disk and make changes, then the recovery partition will not work.
